a few blogs to follow (especially if you like food)

Not that I have thousands of people visiting the Indoob, but if I did, I’d want them to check out some of the other blogs I like to follow and read. If the truth is told, I’m not able to read all the blog I follow all the time due to… well… life. But when I get the chance, I read what I can.

With that, I like to take this time to “introduce” a few blogs I’ve become aware of over the past couple weeks. Actually, one of them has been established for some time, I just can’t remember if I talked about it or not, but whatever.

Tip/Check – First, is my dearest friend who is a waitress at a seafood restaurant. She does the best she can being the best server possible, yet at the end of the day, she has little to show for it. Rather than take it out on customers, she rants and vents on the interwebs in hopes that patrons worldwide would treat waiters and waitresses with a little more respect… and actually tip, at least the minimum. On occasion, she writes about delicious foods she’s either made or encountered outside of work.

what i’m eating – This is a friend of mine by the name of Kelly… a girl I met a few years back that made these superb cupcakes and I’ve been stalking her ever since. She’s since moved to Philly, but may perhaps take a trip to my neck of the woods to help for a possible Oscar party 2011. Anyway, her blog is all about more delicious foods she’s either made or… well… eaten. She’s got excellent photography on said foods as well as descriptions about them. And for anyone interested, she provides where those foods she ate can be found.

I Told You I Was Sick – Another long time friend, collaborator on various projects such as writing, film making and other stuff, Jaime, started a website about being healthy. She’s one of those highly multi-talented types, so why not start a blog, right? She also discusses food and how to live with eating the right kinds of foods, especially if you might have allergies to what many foods contain. To call it a blog isn’t quite correct since she includes resources, references and reviews for many products and natural ways to a healing lifestyle.

Those are all the links I have for you today. For more fun, be sure to check the side bar for other friends of mine. Fortunately, I have the pleasure of saying I’ve met the three bloggers above personally and have hung out with them one time or another. Kudos to me.
